Can I lease the equipment?
We truly believe that our customers get a better value out of purchasing and owning their Wave booth, vs. leasing or paying per event. Check out the purchase options here.
How long does it take to receive my order?
If Wave is in stock, it will take up to 7 business days. If we’re out of stock it can take up to 5 weeks.
Do I need a sign to tell people it’s a photo booth?
It is helpful, but not totally necessary. The interface and custom standby lighting helps attract people to the booth. Depending on the location and setting of the unit, signage may help to increase usage.
Am I legally liable for anything negative or inappropriate that my customers post online?
This would need to be reviewed on a case by case basis and cannot be 100% guaranteed. If you notice anyone posting negative or inappropriate content, especially with your brand on it, we suggest that you immediately report it. You can also monitor photos being taken from the backend and can delete any that you see fit.
Who do I contact if my Wave booth needs maintenance?
Contact [email protected] if you have any support questions or your booth needs any type of maintenance. It is most helpful to explain exactly what the issue is and how it happened. Can I purchase the hardware or software separately?
Hardware - Yes, but this not suggested as our hardware is deeply integrated with our software.
Software - Our app can be used with any photo booth hardware. However, as our software increases in integrations and complexity some awesome new features may not integrate with 3rd party hardware.
