  1. Restart the App
    Double tap the "Home" button located at the bottom of the iPad. This will open all the apps currently running on the iPad. Swipe up on the app to close it. Touch on the "Home Page" and re-open the app. 
  2. Delete the app
    Hold your finger on the Wave app until you see all the apps shake. Click the "x" in the top right corner of the app. Follow the steps in this link. 
  3. Restart the device.
